We work Monday to Friday, 07h00 to 16h30, and genuine emergencies go straight to the top of the day's list. If your emergency comes in outside those hours, we will get to you first thing - and our phone guidance costs nothing in the meantime.
That honesty matters: plenty of '24/7' outfits answer all night but arrive at the same time we would, with an after-hours premium added. We'd rather tell you the truth and charge you fairly.
