Switch it off at the DB board, close the cold-water supply valve, open a hot tap - then call us on 071 012 3456. We'll talk you through it.
Repair or replace - we'll tell you straight
Not every problem needs a new cylinder. Faulty thermostats, elements, pressure valves and tripping electrics can usually be repaired on the spot from our stocked van. When a cylinder is corroded through or burst, we'll say so and quote a replacement upfront.
Geyser replacements are often done the same day, especially for standard sizes called in early - but we'd rather promise you a firm time slot than a slogan. When you book, we tell you honestly when we can be there and when the hot water will be back on.

Common questions
How long does a geyser replacement take?
Most standard replacements take 2 to 4 hours on site. Called in early, they're often done the same day - we confirm a realistic slot when you book rather than over-promising.
Will insurance cover my burst geyser?
Usually yes - most household policies cover the geyser and resultant damage. We document everything and provide compliant paperwork.
Do you service geysers annually?
Yes - an annual service extends cylinder life significantly in Cape Town's water. Ask to join our reminder list.
